What is the recommended dress?
Casual or dressy are both fine – just remember it gets cool in the evening so bring an extra layer of clothing just in case!
Do we need to print a confirmation of registration?
No, when you register, you will automatically be on our guest list. You may, however, wish to keep the welcome email to verify your attendance and remind you of the details of the event.
What if I can’t make it on time or stay for the entire time? Can someone else take my place?
Come when you can and stay for as long as you wish. Doors open at 3:00 pm, the event begins at 3:30 pm and ends at 9:00 pm. There are no refunds or discounts so if you can’t make it but have found someone else to take your place, just let us know at least 48 hours before the person arrives for our guest list accuracy. The exercises and cacao ceremony will be first, followed by dinner around 6:30 pm. Dancing until 9 pm.
Do I need to wear a mask?
Upon entry until you are seated, yes.
Because we are in an outdoor restaurant/outdoor venue, you will not be required to
wear your mask while participating in the events of the evening. If you would prefer to wear
your mask at any time during the event, feel free to do so; there is plenty of space available at the venue to social distance.
Is the location easy to get to?
Yes! OL-LIN Restaurant is in San Antonio half a block from the plaza (your confirmation email will contain the address and reminder details of the event). There is free parking on the street. There will be a large sandwich board sign on the sidewalk confirming you are in the right place!
Can I pay at the door?
No, this is a plated dinner and cacao ceremony included. All registrants must register
